iAdjust 隐私政策

This policy applies to iAdjust-WEB, the iAdjust iOS client, the iAdjust Android client, and account, cloud sync, calculation, report, subscription entitlement and feedback services provided through ia.esdps.cn.

It does not apply to third-party websites or services that you access through external links.

We may collect account information, project data you choose to create or upload, subscription and entitlement metadata, feedback content and attachments, and operational or security logs such as access time, IP address, device/browser information, API calls and error logs.

We use the information to provide authentication, account management, project sync, adjustment calculation, reports, subscription entitlement checks, support, product improvement, abuse prevention and service security.

Local projects, calculation results and exported files that are not uploaded generally remain on your device. Data is sent to our servers only when you sign in, sync, upload, submit feedback, restore purchases or use features that require server participation.

AI assistant, cloud sync, account validation, purchase restore and online feedback require network access.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app tracking. We may share limited information with necessary service providers, such as cloud hosting, email verification, Apple App Store, Google Play or payment/subscription platforms, only as needed to provide the service, meet compliance requirements, protect security or support users.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. You may contact us through the account or feedback entry in the app or web service to request export, correction or deletion of account and cloud data.

After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information and cloud sync data directly associated with the account. Some logs or backups may be retained for a limited period for legal, security audit, dispute handling or recovery purposes. App Store or Google Play subscription cancellation must be completed in the corresponding platform subscription settings.

We use access controls, encrypted transmission, permission isolation, backups and audit logs to protect data. No Internet service can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, so please protect your account credentials and avoid signing in on untrusted devices.

The product is intended for surveying, geomatics and related professional use, and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without guardian consent, please contact us and we will handle it promptly.

We may update this policy as product features, legal requirements or service operations change. Material changes will be announced through the website, in-app notices or other reasonable methods. The updated policy becomes effective from the date shown on this page.
